Generally speaking, a quote is the starting point for any work we’re approached for. We’d like to attend your site and inspect the proposed work area(s) to assess various subjective elements & potential hazards to create a bespoke quotation for you, as well as discuss specifics with you about the proposed job.

A quote from us gives a detailed overview of what work is required & what will be carried out to complete the job. Pricing is broken down into two main costs; labour costs to physically carry out the work and material costs for disposable elements (paint, machine fuel etc) that will be used for your specific job. Labour costs are almost always set & won’t change but material costs are usually overestimated slightly to give flexibility - don’t worry, any savings will be deducted from the final amount. Of course, if you prefer you may also source/provide materials yourself - provided they’re of good quality there shouldn’t be an issue.
We also carry out a health & safety risk assessment of the work site to highlight any potential risks and the effective mitigation thereof.

Should you accept a quote from us we would then confirm your booking and move on to the action stage - carrying out the work!
We will communicate with you throughout should there be any questions, surprises or unexpected issues - we operate a clean and safe working environment so welcome you to drop by at any stage to see how your project is progressing.

Upon job completion we prefer to have a final site inspection with you to make sure you’re happy with the work carried out. After this we issue you your final invoice which is payable within five days unless a prior agreement otherwise.
